WebOverall, Black Flag's are harder. Three of Rogue's fights are laughably easy. I was actually able to take one of them down before it was able to do any damage whatsoever. However, the Storm Fortress is the most difficult legendary ship across both games. It took me probably 10 redos before I finally sank it. But AC4 wins on consistency.
