WebBluudyClawz 7 years ago #32. - You can take the fusion core out of your armor to stop others from taking it. - Leaving it in the Power Armor station doesn't give NPC's enough room to get around to the back so that works too. - Getting Power Armor frames from enemies can only be done (that I've found) by pickpocketing the fusion cores. WebOr just get your companion behind it by telling them to go behind it then make sure you're hidden and command them to enter power armor. Then just walk away :) Edit: although I should warn you-- the armor will always still look stolen and if you enter the power armor around BOS again, they'll all attack you.

If you really want to steal someones gear, make sure you kill them in a away that makes sense so their armor / weapons don't get destroyed in the process.
