WebVery well. Balance gets stronger the better gear it gets, you should be able to comfortably pull in the teens as far as DPS wise during ICC. Much like Demo Warlock, Balance Druid provides TONS of buffs to the raid - when I say tons, I mean T O N S. Very, VERY good spec to run in raids because of it's immense buffs it provides AND it holds it's own.
